A high-end home may also be referred to as a ‘custom home’ or a ‘luxury home’. The uniqueness of high-end homes suggests that they were tailored to a builder or homeowners individual wants and needs, or “customized”. Upgrading washroom fixtures, finishing a basement, and re-decorating the master bedroom are all ways to personalize or customize your home. Custom kitchens containing custom cabinetry are the most common example in home renovation today.
